Eligibility for Refunds

We accept returns and issue refunds on full-priced items under the following conditions:

* Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

* Items must be unused, unwashed*, and in original condition with all tags attached.

* Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.


Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

* Items marked Final Sale or Clearance

* Gift cards

* Worn, altered, or washed items

* Custom or personalize orders


How to Request a Refund

3. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.


Refund Process

* Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we’ll notify you.

* If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

* Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g. wrong item or defect).


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
