Cancellation Window
* You may cancel your order **within 12 hours** of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped.
* After 12 hours, we begin preparing your order, and cancellations may no longer be possible.
Shipped Orders
* Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy for available options after delivery.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders
* If your cancellation request is approved within the allowed window, your payment will be refunded to your original method within 5–7 business days
Exceptions
* Custom or made-to-order items are **not eligible for cancellation** once production has begun.
* SKY reserves the right to refuse cancellation if we determine the request does not meet policy terms.
